About the project
A modern project combined with traditional elements of the Podhale style. A three-storey building with a ground garage, attic, finished in wood in the form of massive poles and beams, as well as a stone finishing the basement and an outdoor barbecue. The tile constitutes the covering, that imitates a wooden "Corona" shingle. Exterior and interior woodwork made of woode. Construction of the building:
Foundations – reinforced concrete
Buidling walls – ceramic hollow brick, 29 cm thick
Reinforced concrete ceilings – cross-reinforced
Roof truss – rafter-prulin.
